FakeRecipt is for template design, not for document creation service. We do not create, verify, or authenticate any receipts. All generated content is for creative, educational, and business presentation purposes only.

Any misuse of the tool for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access, legal consequences, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

FakeRecipt does not create, design, or endorse any specific receipt templates, nor does it partner with any receipt makers. All receipts, including logos, business names, and other elements, are created and customized by users through the website.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or brand elements they upload.
• FakeRecipt does not claim ownership over any user-generated content. All content belongs to the user
• FakeRecipt is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from user-generated receipts.

4. Storage and Use of Generated Receipts

FakeRecipt stores user-generated receipt template designs for a short period of time to enable users access their created templates. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Receipt templates you create may be stored on our servers and displayed as design examples.
• We store transaction data and other information you enter into the templates temporarily.
• Stored templates are for demonstrating design capabilities only.

We take user privacy seriously and do not sell or distribute stored receipts beyond their intended purpose.
